Consult, design, implement, qualify
We implement cost-effective, user friendly installations for our customers, emphasising integral design and responsible interaction with the environment. Our motto: Quality above quantity.

Consult
We assess existing plants according to service guarantee and condition of the building services installations. Depending on the result of the assessment, we offer the customer a restructuring proposal (optimising operations). We also provide energy strategies in which possible economic improvements are presented.

Design
We take on the design of building service installations from concept to commissioning. This includes consultation in the design phase, pre-project planning with an estimation of costs, project design and the compilation of a detailed list of specifications for enquiries.

Implement
We provide plans for the implementation, undertake professional site management and participate at commissioning, start up and acceptance testing. As a matter of course, we provide full after-care service for all customers.

Qualify
We check the performance of the building services and ventilation and air-conditioning installations (integral building services tests) for various parameters: such as temperature, humidity of the air, velocity of the air, comfort, particle and microbial concentrations.
